About Mrs Mendenhall
Mrs Shelley Mendenhall holds a Master of Health Education and Bachelor of Science, Secondary Education Degrees with an endorsement in Family & Consumer Sciences from Idaho State University. Shelley is a Tenured Associate Professor. She was employed as an Extension Educator for seven years at The University of Idaho. Shelley has published with McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., and the Research Journal of National Extension Association, Family & Consumer Sciences. Shelley has successful entrepreneurship skills, she created, initiated, and administered a commercial and residential interior design business with her daughter. She worked for the Foundation of Dixie Regional Medical Center as a Senior Development Officer with fund raising and oversight of communications and events responsibilitites. Shelley is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and has demonstrated wellness coaching proficiency that meets the standards established by Wellcoaches Corporation. This certification is endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine.
Shelley is married to Deon Mendenhall and has one daughter - Ashlee Bench, a son-in-law - Kurt Bench, a grandson - Kyler Bench, granddaughter and BFF - McKenzee Bench, step-daughter - Morgan and new little granddaughter - Emrie. Family is what it's all about!
